Caitlin Sullivan

Leading Now

Caitlin Sullivan is dedicated to supporting educators to hold high expectations and deliver meaningful support so that all students feel accepted, valued, and prepared for career and life. She is currently Co-Founder and Executive Director of Leading Now, an initiative to support K-12 superintendents in politically complex environments so they can advance their commitment to all students. 

Caitlin previously served in a range of roles over eight years at Achievement Network (ANet), a national education nonprofit that works alongside school and system leaders to support high quality instruction for students in under-resourced communities. Prior to ANet, Caitlin earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Caitlin felt called to work in education immediately after college as a Princeton Project 55 Fellow at CityBridge Foundation in Washington D.C., where she later taught middle school science at KIPP DC: KEY Academy. 

A Boston native, Caitlin lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two young children.
